• WE were moving back to Tx. and had placed a forsale sign in our front yard. Just hours later, Mike rang our doorbell and I took him to my " old school" husband to do the impossible feat of convincing him that he could sell our home. . {Those were his feelings about realtors.} They walked over our huge yard and two hours later, Mike came in the house to meet me. I could not believe he had convinced my husband to let him sell our home. The week end was just a couple of days away so he wanted to have an open house. We agreed to have one on Sunday.
